OUR GRADING SYSTEM
Please take the time to read through our grading system thoroughly before placing any orders. We follow the traditional refurbished grading system, and, have a detailed description of each grade below.
Please remember, regardless of the grades that we label our products, each product is tested for full functionality and certified in working condition. The traditional grading system is meant only to describe the cosmetic condition.
GRADE A
Grade A refurbished products are fully tested and fully functional, in near mint condition, show an excellent cosmetic level, and have no signs of previous use.
Housing and External Surfaces
More Information
The housing and external surfaces of an A grade product have no scratches, dents, scuff marks, and/or signs of previous use.
Keyboards and Internal Surfaces
More Information
If applicable, the keyboards and internal surfaces of an A grade product do not have any wear and tear, and show no signs of previous use.
Peripherals and Screens
More Information
Grade A screens do not feature scratches, cracks, chips, dead pixels, dark spots, discoloration or blemishes.
Grade B
Grade B products are fully tested and fully functional but subject to have: minor scratches on external surfaces and may feature more surface wear than Grade A products, including scratches on cover / lid and wear on keyboards. Grade B products will not feature cracks or dead pixels on screens, but may feature minor scratches on screen.

Keyboards and Internal Surfaces

If applicable, the keyboards and internal surfaces on B grade products may show regular wear and tear. An example is slight fading of the keys.
Peripherals and Screens
More Information
Grade B screens do not feature cracks or dead pixels, but may feature minor scratches.
Grade C
Grade C products are also fully tested and fully functional, however, they may feature heavier scratching, paint chips, and fading. The peripherals may feature light diffusion, screen blemishes, or dark spots. These products usually display signs of previous use.
